Terms of service

These terms apply to businesses using Turnly, operated by [Legal business name], [Registered address]. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Turnly lets you run a digital queue: customers join by QR code or at your desk, and you call them in order. Waiting times shown are estimates, not promises.

2. Your account

• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity by you and the staff you invite.
• Give accurate business information. One account per business location unless your plan allows more.

3. Customer data and messages

• You collect customer names and numbers for your own service, and must have a lawful reason and tell customers why (our join page shows a notice).
• Send WhatsApp messages only to customers who agreed. Don’t use Turnly for marketing messages or spam.
• WhatsApp messages are sent from your own WhatsApp Business number, through your own Meta account. You are responsible for that account, for following Meta’s WhatsApp Business policies, and for Meta’s charges. Turnly stores the access key you give it encrypted and uses it only to send and receive messages about your queues.

4. Plans and payment

The Free plan is free. Paid plans, their limits and prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with 30 days’ notice. WhatsApp messages are billed to you by Meta, not by us.

5. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no attempts to access other businesses’ data, no overloading or reverse-engineering the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep Turnly available but can’t guarantee it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses.

7. Ending

You can stop using Turnly at any time. You can ask us to delete your business data by writing to us.
